Owner's Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free if made 90 days prior to the date of the check-in. Refunds will be initiated within 5 business days of the owner being informed. Please email rob@alohaniulani.com if you need to cancel a confirmed reservation.
A 3% Credit Card fee will be withheld for all guest initiated Cancellation requests - no exceptions.
Owner also reserves the right to cancel and refund the booking fee paid to date because of any extenuating circumstances (For e.g. Fire, Flood, Property becomes inhabitable etc. etc.).
Minimum Stay Duration : 4 Days
Cleaning fee $425
Refundable Damage Amount $500
Tax Rate 18%
