The layout is ideal for gatherings, the kitchen was *fully* equipped which is so appreciated and every bedroom was clean, super spacious, and comfortable. The beds are comfy! I am a stickler about comfy and clean linens, and this airbnb did not disappoint. Communication with the host was smooth and thoughtful, and check-in was seamless. The location was great too-close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you for providing such a fun, well-appointed home! The place is beautiful with anything you can want to keep you entertained for weekend with boys trip. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. I will even shoutout the fact she chose high quality toilet paper for guests as opposed to the typical generic low grade stuff you see in most rentals and hotels. "We enjoyed our stay at Cindy's house! We had family fly in from Washington and South Dakota for a vacation, and everyone had a wonderful time! The backyard was awesome for the kids, and the pool was a big hit! We had the child fence installed around the pool, and that definitely gave us peace of mind with all the littles running around. The kitchen was smaller than expected, but we made it work. Cindy was great to work with and was super responsive when we had questions during our stay!"

"Cindy, This rental was perfect! We had a Christmas gathering here with 10 adults and two grandchildren and there was extra room for more guests. Easy to find, close to downtown Clearwater, St Pete and Tampa and very close to grocery stores. Along with the usual kitchen needs, there were serving trays and bowls for a great set up during dinner and snacking. So many activities for adults and children and an extremely safe pool fence for the kiddos. We thought the photo were fake LOL but they were not! They matched the perfect setup in the back yard. So much to do!!! We were so relaxed and didn’t need to leave the location at all. But, we did venture out to golfing and dinners and found many things to do in surrounding areas. Excellent home that pleased everyone staying with us. So happy to have found this place. Host was extremely communicative- even during the holiday!!! Kelsey"

"We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the house and me and my kids couldn’t stop saying how much fun they had. It was such a spacious and beautiful home. We were mixing drinks at the bar while watching the football game. I can’t say enough about the pool and the backyard. We had the pool heated and it was so nice especially in November. The pool cage was a great addition to the house as there were no leaves and mosquitos which we had problems with at other Airbnb. The backyard was exactly as described in the photos – huge, beautiful and had everything for us – basketball, pickleball, and volleyball. We had a bocce ball tournament which was so fun – grandma was winning for us ladies. My kids kept themselves so busy with basketball, disc golf, and the game room. I really love how the Airbnb was lit up at night – so magically with string lights all around the backyard. It was beautiful watching the sky over wine at the firepit. We stayed up so late chatting. Memories were made!"

"If you like outdoor activities this is your place. We had a blast playing pickleball, badmitton, boche, putting games and the pool is really nice. The house is very roomy with the exception of the kitchen, which is a bit small. There were a few issues that Cindy was responsive to. The biggest problem was the TV in the main room which locked up after 30 minutes of use. We ended up using the other TVs which worked fine."

Location was perfect, only about 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach and close to tons of restaurants and shops. The backyard was honestly the best part: We spent most of our time out there using the pool, pickleball court, mini golf, corn-hole, bocce ball, and other games. There’s a lot to do without even leaving the place. Inside was comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice kitchen, good living area, and the game room kept us busy on the nights we stayed in. The bar area was a nice touch for hanging out. Overall it’s a nice spot with way more stuff to do than I expected. Great for groups and close to things to do in Clearwater. "The best word to describe this propery is AMAZING!!!. This would be your first reaction from the moment you walked in and it only gets better. The property greatly exceeds what you see in pictures. The attention to details inside is unreal. From the games to the bar station, she thought of it all. The outdoor space was amazing. So much to do with so much space to spread that with 15 people in we never felt crowded. Great pool, awesome putting green and a super fun pickleball court are just a few of the fun activities you will have to choose from. Enjoy a drink at the bar while the kids were in the pool and the adults grilled some delicious food. Overall an amazing experience for the family. We have nothing but praise for Cindy, truly one of the best hosts we've ever stayed with. Cindy was quick with responses and made us feel at home during our stay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again for our annual family trip to Clearwater"
